Heat treatment processes are available at our plant.
Our furnaces are big enough to treat large parts to T2, T4, T5, T6, T61, T7 T71 and full anneal levels.
Stress relieving can be done for parts measuring up to 3 m in length to increase strength, hardness and other physical properties.
Depending on the sensitivity to cooling rates air cooling and water quenching will be provided.
In order to select a time temperature-cycle producing optimum precipitate size and distribution pattern, careful consideration
is required.
The precipitation heat treatments (T5- T7) generally are low temperature and long term processes .They range from 115°C to 190°C ; times vary from 5 to 48 hours.
